ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as the sole accused in Crime No.186 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 23.04.2015 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 366A of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused had kidnapped the daughter of the de-facto complainant, who was studying 9th standard in Karumathur Village High School.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner and the daughter of the de-facto complainant fell in love with each other and it was not liked by the de-facto complainant and therefore, a false complaint was given against him. He further submitted that the victim herself had appeared before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Usilampatti on 29.04.2015 and gave her statement. He further submitted that the victim girl is a major.

4.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that it is a case of love affair and the victim girl is secured. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Usilampatti and on further condition the the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
