ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 406, 494 IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, in Crime No.31 of 2015, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The petitioner has filed the present petition on the ground that he could not execute the surety as per the order passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli in Cr.M.P.Nos.5240 and 5241 of 2015, dated 11.01.2016.
