ORDER
This petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 07.08.2017 and investigate the matter in accordance with law. 2.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, an enquiry was conducted and during the enquiry, the petitioner has been examined and a statement has been made by the petitioner's daughter stating that the petitioner is a mentally retarded person, subsequent to the death of her husband and son. By recording the statement made by the daughter of the petitioner, the complaint was closed.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has not disputed the fact.
