PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to issue a direction, directing the Judicial Magistrate No.II Tiruchirappalli to expedite the proceedings in CC No.655/2019, as expedite as possible, by fixing a time frame. For Petitioner : Mr.K.R.Laxman

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II Tiruchirappalli to expedite the proceedings in CC No.655/2019, as expeditiously as possible.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the case is pending trial without any progress.

3. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the learned learned Judicial Magistrate No.II Tiruchirappalli to dispose the case pending in CC No. 655 of 2019 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings.
