The petitioner has filed this Criminal Original Petition seeking a direction to the respondent Police 1/4

to complete the investigation in Crime No.2 of 2022 and file the final report within the stipulated time.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submits that the investigation is going on and they require some time to complete the investigation and file the final report.

3. In view of the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.2 of 2022 and file the final report before the concerned Court within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
