2.Heard Mr.K.Gokul, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.S.Durai Pandian, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondent.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the complaint itself is closed after petition enquiry.
