Alleging non-compliance of the order dated 16.10.2019, made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14592 of 2019, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is stated by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, dated 16.10.2019, in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.14592 of 2019, the respondent police had completed the investigation in Crime No.246 of 2019 and submitted the final report before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Kumbakonam, on 26.01.2020 and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.290 of 2020, dated 04.08.2020.
