O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to include the name of the petitioner in the ongoing physical certificate verification process in respect of the selection process for the post of Field Surveyor, as per the notification dated 29.07.2022, on the basis of the petitioner's representation through Email to the respondents on 28.02.2023 and registered post on 28.02.2023.
2. The case of the petitioner is that he has participated in the selection process to the post of Field Surveyor. He has possessed all the eligibility as well as scored 282 marks in the written examination. However, after completion of the online certificate verification, his 2/5
registration number was not found place in the subsequent selection list. Hence, he has made a representation to the respondents on 28.02.2023. Since the said representation has not been considered, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.02.2023 and pass appropriate orders, within a reasonable time as fixed by this Court.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.02.2023 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of 3/5
this order.
6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
