Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to disburse 30% grant to the members of petitioner's society(List of members is enclosed) for the fourth quarter for the year 2016-2017 i.e. from January 2017 to March 2017 and 90% grant for the year 2017-2018 i.e from April 2017 to March 2018 and 90% grant from 01.04.2018 onwards inorder to implement "Rajiv Gandhi National Creche Scheme".

O R D E R

Today(01.08.2018) when the matter was called, the learned Government Advocate produced the proceedings of the sixth respondent herein which evidence that the grant under "Rajiv Gandhi National Creche Scheme" for the 4th quarter year 2016-2017 and the first quarter 2017-2018 has already been released to the petitioner. As such the petitioner's grievance has been met.

2. Since there was a considerable delay in releasing the grant, earlier there shall be a direction to the sixth respondent to ensure that the remaining grant for the 4thquarter of 20172018 is granted and for the remaining quarters of 2017-2018 shall be disbursed to the petitioner in time. There shall also be a direction to the first respondent to ensure that their grant under "Rajiv Gandhi National Creche Scheme" is released in time to the sixth respondent so as to enable the sixth respondent to disburse the grant to the petitioner in time.

3. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
