ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.Permission granted. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The Registry is directed to return the original order to the petitioners' counsel after substituting the same. If the petitioners file any revision / appeal before the District Revenue Officer, the same shall be numbered without reference to limitation. The petitioners can also seek interim relief before the District Revenue Officer. In any event, the revision / appeal to be filed by the petitioner shall be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from thereafter. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
