ORDER
The revision petitioner has filed this revision to direct the Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Karur to dispose of I.A.No.2 of 2020 in O.S.No.23 of 2020 pending on its file, within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Since no adverse order passed against the respondents, notice to the respondents is not necessary.
3. The petitioner has filed the said Interlocutory Application on 03.02.2019 and the same was returned after 7 months and he has also paid the the batta after six months. So, the petitioner has no right to file this Civil Revision Petition.
4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. Since the suit is for temporary injunction, the petitioner shall not alienate the property till the disposal of the suit. Further, the petitioner is also directed to coopearte for disposal of the suit. No cost.
