This petition has been filed seeking to direct the second respondent to register an FIR on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 24.10.2017.

2.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, an enquiry was conducted and thereafter the complaint was closed and the copy of the closure report was sent to the petitioner on 05.12.2017 through Registered Post with acknowledgement card. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Today also, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has served the copy of the closure report to the petitioner. 4.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
