This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to register a case based on the complaint preferred by the petitioner dated 21.10.2017.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint was closed, by advising the party to approach the Civil Court.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the aforesaid statement, liberty may be granted to the petitioner to approach the Competent Court, for seeking remedy.
