2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that already a lenient condition has been imposed by this Court by requiring the petitioner to appear once in a month before the trial Court. Considering the nature of the offence involved, which is an economic offence, and the huge amount involved, the condition may not be further relaxed. 3.I find force in the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
