O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the complaint given by the 5th respondent with regard to family dispute forthwith.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that there was a family dispute between the petitioners and the defacto complainant, thereby the defacto complainant filed a complaint before the respondent police. At an enquiry stage, the respondent police has issued a summon to the petitioners.

3. Aggrieved by the summon issued by the respondent police the petitioners have filed the present petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., seeking not to harass them.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents police would submit that there was no harassment on the petitioners and they were only asked to appear for enquiry by following due process of law.

5. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the Criminal Original petition is closed.
