O R D E R

This quash petition is filed to quash the criminal proceedings in P.R.C.No.36 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Srivaikuntam against the petitioners. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case in P.R.C.No.36 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Srivaikuntam has been committed to sessions and the same has been taken cognizance in S.C.No.198 of 2018 and nothing survives in this petition.

restricts his prayer to dispense with the personal appearance before the trial Court.

4.In view of the same, since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed. However, the personal appearance of the petitioners before the trial Court is dispensed with, except the dates of hearing, on which, the learned trial Judge insisted upon the petitioners to appear before the Court.
