This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint dated 30.09.2017 lodged by the petitioner.

2.The Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the criminal complaint has been registered in Crime No.462 of 2017 for the offences alleged under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 427 and 506(i) of I.P.C. and that the respondent police will take necessary action for filing final report.

3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
