COMMON PRAYER : Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order in G.O.(Rt).No.91 Higher Education (I1) Department dated 14.07.2017 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same as illegal in so far as classification of petitioner as Improper Appointment and consequently directing the respondents 1 and 2 to regularize the services of the petitioners and provide the benefits such as Annual Increment, Career advancement, Scheme Promotion, and all other consequential benefits within time frame stipulated by this Court.
