[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the petitioner's daughter viz., Sarumathi, D/o. Sivaraman, aged about 20 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. Mr.C.Venkatesan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would state that the detenu has now joined with the petitioner. Hence, the prayer sought for in this habeas corpus petition has become infructuous.
