This quash petition is filed to quash the FIR in crime No.2 of 2014 on the file of the District Crime Branch, Tiruchirappalli against the petitioners.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation in crime No.2 of 2014 on the file of the District Crime Branch, Tiruchirappalli has been completed and the respondent laid the charge sheet on 02.09.2014 before the Special Court for Anti Land Grabbing Cases and the same was not taken on file. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
