ORDER

It is seen from records that S.T.C.No.822 of 2016 has been filed by the respondent for offences under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act. Pending the proceedings, a bailable warrant was issued against the petitioner. The petitioner filed the petition to recall the warrant without personal appearance. This petition has been dismissed by the Court below. Challenging the same, the present Criminal Original Petition has been filed before this Court.

2.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the bailable warrant issued against the petitioner is recalled. The Court below is directed to complete the proceedings in S.T.C.No.822 of 2016 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
