This petition has been filed to direct the respondents Nos.1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.04.2018 and to give adequate police protection to starting house construction work of the petitioner's land comprised natham survey number: 102/1 measuring 1835.63 in Oorkadu Village 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3.According to the petitioner, the petitioner has given a representation to the first and second respondents to consider his representation dated 09.04.2018 and also to give adequate Police protection. As no order has been passed in the said representation, the petitioner has filed this present Criminal Original Petition with the aforesaid prayer.

is still pending with the respondents 1and 2. Therefore, this Court may pass appropriate orders to consider the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law. 5.Considering the submission made by both parties, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.04.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferable, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
