ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is the sole accused, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 452, 435, 324, 323, 354, 307, 394, 395, 397, 506(ii) and 414 of IPC read with Section 3(i) of PPDL Act, in Crime No.99 of 2012, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence. He further submitted that charge sheet has been filed.
3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Magistrate Court. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.
5.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed. sd/- 27/05/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
