The Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to register the case on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 27.10.2017 and to investigate the matter. 2.Heard Mr.A.Senthil Kumar, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.S.Durai Pandian, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondent.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that a case has been registered in Cr.No.484 of 2017, for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 341, 506(1) of IPC,1860. 4.Recording the statement of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
