ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining of wilful disobedience of the order, dated 01.07.2021 in W.P(MD)No.7813 of 2021 by the respondents.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 06.06.2023, this Court issued statutory notice to the respondents. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has produced G.O.(D)No.384, Municipal Administration and Water Supply (ME.1) Department, dated 30.06.2023 and submitted that the petitioner has been promoted temporarily as Joint Director of Municipal Administration. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner vehemently objected to the word 'temporarily', for which, the learned Special Government Pleader asserted that it is a usual word and there is nothing to panic.

4.With the above observation, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
