This Civil Revision Petition is filed to issue appropriate order / orders directing the Additional District Judge-I, Thoothukudi to dispose of the O.S.No.98 of 2023, on the file of the Additional District Judge-I, Thoothukudi within a reasonable time as may be fixed by this Court. 2/4

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he wants speedy disposal of O.S.No.98 of 2023, pending before the learned Additional District Judge-I, Thoothukudi.

3. Let the petitioner approach the concerned Court itself for speedy disposal, mentioning the facts and circumstances of the case and it is open to the learned Additional District Judge-I, Thoothukudi, to consider the request. There can be no direction from this Court for speedy disposal.
