ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry in respect of a civil dispute.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the respondent frequently called the petitioner and harassed him under the guise of enquiry in respect of a civil dispute. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that on the basis of the petition filed against the petitioners

herein, the petitioners were called only for enquiry and after enquiry, the petition was closed as both of them agreed to avail the service of the surveyor in order to resolve their dispute and that the respondents Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioners.

5.In view of the fact that the petition filed against the petitioners has been enquired and closed, there is no scope for harassment. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
