ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the learned District Munsif-cumJudicial Magistrate Court, Thiruchuli, to expedite the trial in C.C.No.220 of 2021 pending on the file of the learned District Munsif-cum- Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruchuli, to dispose of the case on day to day basis within stipulated time frame may be prescribed by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that so far five witnesses have been examined. The next hearing date before the trial Court for examination of other witnesses is 10.03.2023.

3. Recording the submissions made by learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the learned District Munsif-cum- Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruchuli, is directed to dispose the case in C.C.No.220 of 2021 within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
