O R D E R

The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 318(4) of BNS, 2023, in Crime No.40 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel on both sides.

3.During the pendency of this petition, the matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench. In the mediation, the parties have agreed to settle their disputes amicably and the de-facto complainant has agreed to receive a sum of Rs.4,20,000/- as full and final settlement and agreed to file a quash petition before this Court to quash the FIR in Cr.No.40 of 2025 pending on the file of the respondent Police on or before 04.04.2025 and subsequently, filed a quash petition before this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7234 of 2025. 2/4

4.In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the present petition is closed.
