ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections, 498(A) and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.9 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the first petitioner got married to the de facto complainant on 11.07.2007, by making a threat to her father that he will throw acid on her face and disfigure her. It is also alleged that the brother of the first petitioner - D.Mohammed Hasan, the second petitioner herein, had made an attempt to give sexual harassment to the defacto complainant.
3. Taking into consideration of the serious allegations levelled against the petitioners, this Courst is not inclined to grant Anticipatory Bail to them. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
