ORDER
It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 20.06.2016.
2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.292 of 2016 under Sections 294(b), 323 and 355 IPC by the second respondent Police. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
