..Respondents PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to withdraw the case in crime No.5 of 2014 on the file of the second respondent and entrust the same to the 3rd respondent for investigation of the case by a competent officer and file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate within the time stipulated by this Court for change of investigation in Crime No.5 of 2014 on the file of the second respondent.

O R D E R

This petition is filed to change the investigation in crime No.5 of 2014 on the file of the second respondent to the file of the 3rd respondent and to file the final report within a time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation in crime No.No.5 of 2014 on the file of the second respondent has been completed and the respondent No.2 laid the charge sheet on 06.10.2015 before the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Trichy and the same was not taken on file.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
