Respondent/Defendant Prayer :- This Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the Learned Principal District Court,Kanyakumari to dispose the suit in O.S.No.137 of 2017 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Honourable court and pass such further or others order as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day in the caption for ''Extension of time'' and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 04/04/2022, and the requisition letter submitted by the Additional District Judge, Kuzhithurai,vide in letter D.No.324/2023-os, dated 19/07/2023, this Court made the following order:

By an order dated 04.04.2022, this Court disposed of the above C.R.P with direction to the learned Principal District Judge, Kanyakumari, to dispose the suit within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2.Thereafter, the learned Principal District Judge, Kanyakumari, by a letter dated 27.09.2022 bearing reference D.No.729/2022 has requested an extension of three months time to dispose of the suit. By an order of this Court dated 31.10.2022, time was extended by another three months to comply with the order dated 04.04.2022.
3.Again, now, the learned Principal District Judge, Kanyakumari, has sent a letter dated 19.07.2023 bearing reference D.No.324/2023-OS., to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court seeking an extension further two months time to dispose of the suit. In the said letter, the learned Judge has given reasons for non-disposal of the suit within the time.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons given by the learned Principal District Judge, Kanyakumari, in the above letter, the time for disposing the suit, is extended by another two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that no further extension will be granted.
