ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A7, in Crime No.320 of 2015 apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under Sections 364 A, 379 (NP) IPC and seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the accused had kidnapped the son of the defacto complainant and also threatened him.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the accused Nos.1 to 6 have deposited money in the finance company run by the defacto complainant and for non-refund of the maturity amount, the accused Nos.1 to 6 are said to have kidnapped the the son of the defacto complainant and the allegation against the petitioner is that he had informed the accused Nos.1 to 6 to identify the defacto complainant.

4. The learned Government Advocate (crl. side) submitted that the accused Nos.1 to 4 were arrested and released on bail and the accused Nos.5 and 6 were granted anticipatory bail by this Court. He would further submit that the major part of the investigation is over.

5. Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ and the stage of investigation, this Court is inclined to grant bail to

the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

6. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
