O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner and not to interfere in the personal liberty of the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, a case has been registered in Crime No.1013 of 2017 for the offence punishable under Section 147, 249(b), 323, 379 NP and 506(i) of IPC. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

He further submitted that in view of the pending of the above said FIR, there is no harassment at the hands of the respondent police, except under due process of law.

4. Recording the above said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
