This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the first and second respondents to instruct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the respondents have issued summon only to confirm the statement that was obtained from the petitioner, earlier, under Section 161(1) and that upon receiving the summons, the petitioner has come forward with this petition. It is further stated that the petitioner is only a witness in the criminal case and that therefore there is no scope for any harassment by the Investigation Officer.
