ORDER
The petitioner seeks limited relief of issuance of computer patta based on the Natham patta already issued to the petitioner way back on 14.09.2010. In this regard, the petitioner has given a representation to the second respondent on 31.01.2025 and in the present petition, the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of his representation.
2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for in this writ petition, with the consent of the counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.
4. Considering the fact that the petitioner has been already granted 2/5
Natham patta in the year 2010 and the petitioner's request for issuance of a computerised patta and considering the fact that the petitioner's representation has been given on 31.01.2025, it would suffice to issue a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation on its own merits, in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
