Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.All that the petitioner wants is acceptance of their application for crop insurance. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents states that the petitioner is not even a cultivator.

3.I am of the view that the respondent can still accept the petitioner's application and if the petitioner is found to be eligible, the respondents can pass orders one way or the other.
