ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, who was remanded to judicial custody by the respondent police on 29.04.2015 for the alleged offence under Section 376 IPC in Crime No.13 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. According to the defacto complainant, who is aged about 20 years, the accused and the defaco complainant had fallen in love with each other and on 13.11.2013 the accused, by giving promise of marrying her, had physical relationship and thereafter, he refused to marry her.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the complaint was given after lapse of 1 1⁄2 years with an ulterior motive. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that it is a case of love affair and the accused by giving false promise had relationship with the defact complainant and it is further submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ that major part of investigation is completed.

5. Considering the same, the interim bail already granted on 02.06.1015 is made absolute.
