This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third respondent to take appropriate action, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 16.03.2022. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the third respondent on 16.03.2022 and the same is still pending.
