This petition is filed to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Trichy, in Spl.S.C.No.90 of 2020, dated 14.10.2024.
2. Today, when this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
