ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are A1 to A3, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 366(A) and 506(i) IPC in Crime No.152 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail. 2.
The case of the prosecution is that the de-facto complainant's daughter, namely, Selvi was missed from her home. Hence, the de-facto complainant lodged a complaint before the respondent police.
3. It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the victim girl has already been secured.
4. Heard the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent.
5. Considering the above said submissions, this court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners 2 and 3/A2 and A3 alone. Accordingly, the petitioners 2 and 3/A2 and A3 are https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their
appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required. The petitioners 2 and 3/A2 and A3 shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.
6. The petitioners 2 and 3/A2 and A3 shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
7. This petition in respect of the first petitioner/A1 is dismissed.
