Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.All that the petitioner seeks is disposal of his application dated 20.02.2018 filed before the respondent. Therefore, without going into the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.The respondent shall put all the interested parties on notice. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
