[Judgment of the Court was made by C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.] This petition has been filed to substitute the petitioners/proposed respondent as respondents 4 - 8 in the writ appeal. This petition has been filed consequent to the death of the respondent A.Sornam, who was the writ petitioner. She died on 16.09.2024. The petitioners are his legal representatives. 2/4

2. We have heard the writ appeal also and it would be appropriate that the petitioners herein are substituted in the place of the respondent in the writ appeal. Accordingly, this petition stands allowed.

3. Before issuing the order copy in the writ appeal, necessary amendment to be carried out indicating the death of the respondent, A.Sornam, and bringing on record his legal representatives being substituted in the present petition.
