ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 336, 324 and 506(ii) I.P.C., in Crime No.251 of 2017, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that there was a communal clash between the petitioner's group and the other group, in order to pacify them, prohibition was imposed by the law enforcing agency to maintain the situation, and thereby, the petitioner was arrayed as Accused No.10 and other accused were still in custody. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner serving as Secondary Grade Teacher in Thiruvallurvar School, Adivaram, Palani and he did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the state reiterate the prosecution as above. He further submitted that if the petitioner was enlarged on bail, there will be breach of communal harmony and hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Anticipatory bail petition is dismissed.
