ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A5 in Crime No.61 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 26.04.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(B), 342, 323, 324 and 307 of IPC r/w. Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act, 2012 and hence, seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that due to land dispute the petitioner along with other accused alleged to have attacked the de facto complainant with " Aruval" and caused injury to him.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).
4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent and she has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the co-accused were already released an anticipatory bail, as per the order of this Court dated 6.05.2015 passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.8985 of 2015. 5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the injured has been discharged from the hospital. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and
also considering the fact that the injured has already been discharged from the hospital, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate , Pattukkottai, Thanjavur District and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 am until further orders, for interrogation. sd/- 27/05/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
