O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to forbear the Respondents 1 to 3 to occupy the Petitioner's land in Survey No.93 to an extent of 1.02 Acres and in Survey No.92 to an extent of 0.26 1/3 cents situated at Nainankulam, Pattukottai Taluk, Thanjavur District and consequently direct the Respondents 1 to 3 to remove the marking and numbering mentioned in respect of the coconut trees in Survey No.93 to an extent of 1.02 Acres and in Survey No.92 to an extent of 0.26 1/3 cents situated at Nainankulam, Pattukottai Taluk, Thanjavur District by considering the Petitioner's representation dated 05.02.2026 within a stipulated period as framed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already sent representation before the 2/4

respondents 1 to 3 on 05.02.2026, seeking to remove the marking of coconut trees as WRD Department trees and not to disturb the petitioner's possession in respect of the subject property. However, till date the said representation has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition with the above said relief.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 05.02.2026 would be considered in accordance with law.

4. In view of the above, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the third respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 05.02.2026, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
