Seeking a direction to the second respondent to expedite the investigation of the case in Crime No.362 of 2015 pending on his file and complete the same and to file the final report within the stipulated time, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that if six months' time is granted by this Court, the investigation would be completed and final report would be filed by the respondent before the concerned Court. The said statement is recorded.
