Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to issue Patta to the petitioner's houses situated in survey No.111/2D of an extent of 4 cents and survey No.111/3 of an extent of 3 cents at Kallambal First Street, Panaiyur Post, Madurai - 625 009 by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 07.02.2019 within the stipulated time framed by this Court.

O R D E R

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government counsel submitted that the second respondent would dispose of the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months.

2. Recording the said submission, this Writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not pronounced anything on the merits of the matter. The second respondent shall put all the interested persons on notice, before passing orders. It is open to the second respondent to pass orders one way or the other. No costs.
