ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos. 1 to 3 in Crime No.674 of 2015 on the file of the file of the respondent police, apprehend arrest for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 452, 294(b), 427 and 506(i) of I.P.C, seek anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that on 19.05.2015, the petitioners along with other accused trespassed into the defacto complainant's house and abused him in filthy language and also criminally intimidated him.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in the present case.
4. The learned Government Advocate (crl. Side), on instructions from the respondent, reported that there is no previous case pending as against the petitioners herein and that no one sustained injury in this case and therefore, he submitted that anticipatory bail may be granted to the petitioners with conditions. 5.On consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made, this Court is of the view that the petitioners can be granted the relief prayed for with conditons and accordingly;

(a) In the event of arrest by or on appearance before the respondent police;
(b) In the event of appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.I, Madurai within fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order;
(i) The petitioners shall be enlarged on bail on each of them executing a bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties for the like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.I, Madurai;
(ii) The petitioners shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person appointed with the fact of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;
(iii) The petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police daily at 5.30 p.m. for two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
